Roles & Responsiblities : At Wipro Technologies the Client Partner will be responsible for the following: • To leverage prior experience to bring ‘higher value’ solution offerings. • Must be a big picture thinker and bring a successful track record with building comfortable relationships based on trust and respect. • Must know how to build, guide, manage, mentor, motivate and reward teams in addition to set, deliver revenue/profit targets. • Client Partners must demonstrate ability in dealing with emergencies. • They should be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow. • He or She must bring top-notch consulting/ relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems and solutions. • Client Partners are held accountable against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines.

Job Requirements : Wipro Technologies is looking for a Client Partner with the following skills: Sales Success: Proven history of selling 20 $mm+ per year of IT related services. P&L: Proven ability to run a P&L ( Top Line and Bottom Line). Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple or large and distributed teams (teams of 30 or more). Vertical Focus: Strong Vertical understanding and account relationships in one or more of our strategic verticals (Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Banking, Retail, Manufacturing or Telco)
