Roles & Responsiblities : Our Finance and Accounts team is looking for a post-graduate from a premier institute with specialization in finance. You should have a minimum of 1 year experience in IT, and have worked in the areas of financial analysis, business planning, MIS, presentation of financial figures, etc. Your job would entail Strategic Business Planning and competition analysis for which you need to possess in-depth analytical skills and understand immediate business needs. Excellent networking skills is mandatory, as you would be required to interact with peers in other functions and departments to share and contribute information across functions to enhance efficiency of existing processes and current systems. Should have worked extensively on people management and communication skills.

You should be good at preparing presentations of business / financial analysis to top management.
