Roles & Responsiblities : At Wipro the Principal Consultant will be responsible for the following: • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key customers and client relation in the healthcare segment. • Lead development of sales opportunities in coordination with regional sales healthcare domain teams • Serve as a solutions architect focusing on business benefit, bringing a consultative approach, and coordinating domain expertise and technical subject matter experts. • Actively participate in trade organizations and regional shows to promote brand and service offerings • Assist with developing strategies in completing against other major competitors. • Lead industry segments for full line of services. • As an experienced member of the team, the Vertical Market Leader will have complete ownership and accountability for the successful execution of business process transformation engagements with Wipro clients. This includes managing the day to day responsibility for consulting teams and acting as the primary liaison with client executives and senior managers. • The Vertical Market Leader role demands a demonstration of proactive leadership, excellence in engagement delivery, insightful thought leadership, strategic problem solving, high-impact team management, and strong coaching and people development skills. • The Vertical Market Leader will also be looked upon to build strong client relations at senior executive and CXO levels, develop new insights into business process management issues, and deliver actionable, high-impact results. In addition, this role will involve leading efforts to create practice frameworks and tools and develop “thought capital” such as executive presentations and position papers.

BA/BS required; MBA preferred Specific attributes we are seeking include: • Engagement management experience at a top tier consulting firm is required. • A strong and well-rounded understanding of business process management issues, reengineering techniques and sourcing decision frameworks is required. • Prior responsibility for managing business processes or leading process improvement initiatives within a corporate environment is also desirable. • Experience in leading services outsourcing decisions and implementation (preferably involving an onshore/offshore model) is highly desirable. • Demonstrated success in supporting business development while providing high levels of client satisfaction during delivery. • Independence in leading and motivating teams, and a strong sense of personal initiative. • Candidates must be effective in presenting to C-level executives and other senior business and technology leaders as well as developing relationships with them. • Culturally-sensitive with strong understanding of American business practices. • Strong interpersonal and team building skills • High energy, self-starter who is passionate about achieving aggressive growth targets • Work experience in global services delivery model • Travel up to 80%.
