Roles & Responsiblities : At Wipro the Senior Program Manager – Program/Client Management will be responsible for the following: • The Senior Program Manager role requires leadership, planning, day-to-day management, coaching, and administration during the planning and transition phases for high complexity/high risk global delivery programs. The Senior Program Manager – Program / Client Management will work with Vertical Solutions Delivery Head and Sales team to develop proposals and responses to RFPs. In addition, this role will work with Wipro internal groups to craft client solutions with human resource, technical and financial components. • An essential aspect of this position will be to establish the Client Relationship/Partnership to educate the client on Wipro capabilities and phased project deliverables. The Senior Program Manager must ensure client satisfaction by achieving key performance indicators/project milestones. • The candidate will be expected to provide expertise and leadership for offshore transition planning, knowledge acquisition and steady state delivery, and set client/team expectations throughout the engagement. • The Senior Program Manager will develop and implement the framework for relationship operations and governance. The framework will ensure that the permanent delivery team can successfully manage and maintain the relationship, including day-to-day management of the client project and execution of the client contract during planning and transition phases. In addition, he/she will manage project administration including project forecasting setup tracking, project financials analysis, time and expense reconciliation, and invoicing preparation/reconciliation (accounts receivable, accounts payable).

Job Requirements : At Wipro we are looking for a Senior Program Manager – Program/Client Management with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering required. MBA (or equivalent), or Masters in relevant discipline from a top university preferred. Current PMP Certification or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years related experience with a minimum of 8 years program/project management experience. Areas of Experience and Capabilities: • Project/program management experience in large software development or maintenance projects along with experience in business planning, preferably in an onshore/offshore environment. • Extensive domain expertise in Oil and Gas industry, relevant application areas, or business process areas. • Demonstrated success in supporting business development while providing high levels of client satisfaction during delivery. • Excellent problem solving, communication, team and client management skills are essential. • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with CXO-level executives. • Extensive experience in managing a broadly diverse, cross-functional team of business and technology colleagues across geographic regions. • Travel up to 25%
