Roles & Responsiblities : At Wipro Technologies you would be responsible for: Provide 2nd level and 3rd level technical support for the enterprise PABX systems. Perform remote diagnosis and provide resolution for the incidents. Interacts with the customer onsite representative or BT representative to collect additional detail for diagnosis. Logical in analyzing the faults and possess in depth, hands on technical skills to remotely login, diagnose and configure the system to provide resolution. Where required, performs root cause analysis and documents the remedial actions. Perform capacity analysis and reports on thresholds. Advise customers on system capacity, upgrades etc, as per service levels.
