Job Requirements : 8+ years of total experience with 6+yrs in Insurance domain. Strong understanding and background of IT services, quality processes and SDLC models. Should have the ability to document and review Requirements analysis, Gap analysis and Impact analysis Should know about the current trends in the market and the regulatory changes. Should have good communication and presentation skills. Should be good at client interaction and show strong leadership skills. Should be bilingual (Spanish/German and English).
